Saga was born in the quiet frustration of two writers staring at cluttered screens, feeling trapped by the very tools that were supposed to help them.
Galit Dotan and Sa'ar Kats are not just founders, they are storytellers. Over years of creative work, they battled word processors built for business, clunky outlining tools that killed inspiration, and chaotic note apps that left their stories fragmented and scattered.
They knew there had to be a better way. A way to write freely, without drowning in structure or losing sight of the bigger picture. A way to let creativity flow while the tool handles the organization quietly, intelligently, and beautifully.
So they created Saga ✍️.

When we started working on Saga, we knew one thing for sure: if we’re serious about building the right thing, we need to talk to people — and do it the Mom Test way.
So we built The Mom Notes to help us actually capture what people were saying. Not just take notes, but pull out the good stuff: pain points, goals, workarounds… all those ✨ gold nuggets ✨ you get when you shut up and listen.
And honestly? It turned out too useful to keep to ourselves.
So here it is, a tiny tool for anyone who cares about customer conversations. 🎁
